Where to stay at Tokyo Disney Resort with kids
Written October 2026
Tokyo Disney Resort is two parks and a monorail that loops its four stations in about 13 minutes, with the hotels in three rings around it. Three of the Disney hotels sit at a park entrance and two are a monorail stop away, and their guests all walk in through a special entrance 15 minutes before everyone else at Tokyo Disneyland (Disney calls it Happy Entry). The official hotels are at Bayside Station on the monorail, with a free Disney Resort Cruiser bus between the hotel and the station. The partner hotels are at Shin-Urayasu, the next JR stop after Maihama, and run their own free buses straight to the bus terminals at both parks.
Every Disney hotel has children's menus at its restaurants, bathrooms with a washing area, a step stool at the sink and Disney films in the lobby, and children 11 and under can share a bed. For which park to pick with a small kid, see Tokyo Disneyland vs. DisneySea with toddlers and preschoolers; for the city, the best family hotels in Tokyo.
The Disney hotels, at the gates
All five get Happy Entry at Tokyo Disneyland on every day of the stay after check-in day, and MiraCosta and the Fantasy Springs Hotel get it at Tokyo DisneySea as well. A crib for babies under 18 months is by reservation, and children's pajamas, slippers and a toothbrush come with the stay or on request.

Questions
Which Tokyo Disney hotels get Happy Entry?
The Disney hotels only: Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, MiraCosta, the Fantasy Springs Hotel, the Toy Story Hotel, the Disney Ambassador Hotel and the Celebration Hotel all enter Tokyo Disneyland 15 minutes before other guests, on every day of the stay except check-in day. At Tokyo DisneySea it's only MiraCosta and the Fantasy Springs Hotel, 5 to 15 minutes early. Each guest aged 4 and over gets a pass, a park ticket is still needed, and the Sheraton, Hilton, Grand Nikko, Emion and Oriental don't have it.
