By using the app you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The service
The app is a directory of places with information gathered from parents, business owners, published guides, and OpenStreetMap. We do our best to keep it accurate, but places change; check before you rely on a detail that matters to you.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to show it in the app and on the website. Post only what is true, what you have the right to share, and nothing that identifies other people without their consent. See the content policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break the content policy.
Photos and attributions
Some photos come from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licenses; the author and license are shown with each photo. Some places and listing details come from OpenStreetMap; data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
No warranty
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use means you accept the changes.
